Finely ground powdered Japanese, shade grown, tencha leaves. Whisk into a delicately sweet, frothy beverage with distinctive, smooth grassy notes. Also use as an ingredient for Match Frappe, Matcha Tea latte or Matcha Cake.
- 0.5g or half teaspoon
- 200ml freshly drawn hot water 80 degrees
- Whisk 1/2 teaspoon to a paste in a little cold water, then add hot water
